You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country to use AKAFI.net. Accounts are created by verifying a phone number or email address; there is no separate registration step. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure and for all activity under your account.

Country Selection

You choose your country once, when completing your profile. After that, your country can only be changed by an administrator, to keep the marketplace organized by region and to prevent abuse of country-specific rules and pricing.

Listings and Marketplace Rules

• Listings must accurately describe the item or service offered, including price, condition, and category.
• Prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items may not be listed.
• Listings may be reviewed, edited for policy compliance, or removed by our moderation team.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by harassing other users, posting fraudulent listings, attempting to bypass security controls, scraping data without permission, or impersonating another person or business.

Fees

Some features, such as premium listing placement or subscription packages, may require payment as described on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Prices and available features may vary by country marketplace.

Intellectual Property

The AKAFI.net name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content you publish (such as listing photos and descriptions) remains yours, but by publishing it you grant us a license to display it on the platform for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AKAFI.net is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. To the extent permitted by law, AKAFI.net is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or interactions between users.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or poses a risk to other users. You may stop using the platform at any time; contact Support to request account closure.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AKAFI.net operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
